Wylee was 10 months old when he got out into the street. A car was coming toward the unaware hound. Then before he knew it, the car smacked into him! He got back up. Another hit, and he was out. The poor dog's leg was mangled. He was in terrible pain, so he wanted to get the leg off right then. But how?
